Born and raised in Rockford, Shannon Kelly grew up watching 23 News, and is thrilled to report the news in her hometown. She started in May 2017 as a multimedia journalist at WIFR and moved to weeknight anchor in October 2018.
Danielle Tumilowicz became a member of the 23 News This Morning team in February 2018, and she is thrilled to be reporting the news in her hometown. She started at WIFR as the Weekend Sports Anchor in November 2016.
Andy Gannon likes to joke that when he first started at 23 WIFR in February 1983, he had brown hair. His first job at the station was weekend sports anchor, but he quickly moved up to sports director. In the mid-90s, he started as an anchor on 23 News This Morning, where he's stayed ever since.
Growing up as the daughter of a journalist sparked Elaine’s love for the profession, and studying abroad in Paris through Trinity College in Connecticut, solidified it for her.
Born in Rockford and raised in Rockton, Zoe began as an intern with the title of Associate Producer, until she worked her way up to earning the title of Multimedia Journalist. She currently attends Illinois State University where she's majoring in journalism.
Anthony Ferretti has been a multimedia journalist for WIFR since May 18, 2021. He was born in Park Ridge, Illinois but was raised in Lake Bluff.

Annamarie joined the 23 News team on May 17, 2021. She was born and raised in Elgin, Illinois and is excited to bring stories to the people of Rockford and the rest of the Stateline.
Maggie Hradecky joined the 23 WIFR team as News Director in September 2017. This is her second stint at the station. From March 1994 to November 1996, she served as assignment editor. She has been in the news business for more than 30 years, working at stations in Charlotte, North Carolina, as well as Champaign and Chicago, Illinois.
Mark Henderson’s first television appearance was on “The Jerry Springer Show” as a member of the studio audience. He was selected by Jerry to ask a question of one of the show’s guests. But it was meteorology that captured his interest and drew him to the news business.
Ethan Rosuck fell in love with 23 WIFR and Rockford after an internship at the station in the summer of 2017. So he couldn’t pass up a chance to work here when a full-time position opened a little more than a year later.
Brandon Giesey is a native of Elgin, Illinois, and attended Northern Illinois University where he majored in journalism. He started at WIFR in December 2019.
